The difference (from iPhone) is you can't make phone calls, and there is no camera, but with a Sim. (What a waste of 3G !!) With bluetooth, it could have been also a mobile and make video calls too. Still it is a mobile device ,just as "Apple is the largest mobile devices company in the world".
